Welcome to MomStrong 2.0!
This advanced class is designed for all the moms who have built a strong foundation with our Mom Strong program and are now ready to elevate their fitness journey.

Mom Strong 2.0 is perfect for moms who want to transition from Mom Strong to our CrossFit classes or other sports, as well as for those who prefer to continue with Mom Strong for the long term.

Here's what you can look forward to:

  • Specialized Programming and Coaching: Benefit from expert guidance tailored to your needs.
  • Baby-Friendly Training: Bring your baby along and train with other moms in a supportive environment.
  • Daytime Training Hours: Convenient class times that fit your schedule.
  • Advanced Skills and Strengths: Build on the skills and strengths you've gained in Mom Strong with more barbell and gymnastics work, dynamic movements, and increased intensity.

Classes will be held twice a week and spots are limited to 10 participants to ensure personalized attention.

When are classes held?

What is the baby age range?

Babies should be anywhere from 6-8 weeks to 18 months for this program. Beyond that age? Reach out to us to discuss.

Can my child come to class?

Yes! This is designed as a "Mommy and Me" class where your little one can hang out with you while you workout.

What if my child is upset during class?

That's the beauty of an all-Moms class; we understand blowouts happen, children need to be fed, or held, or talked to. Tend to your little one and hop right back into the workout!

When is it safe to return to working out?

Ask your doctor for their specific recommendations, but the general guideline is 6 weeks postpartum.

I never worked out before/during pregnancy, is this still for me?

Even more reason to start now! Our workouts are tailored to each mom. We can make them easier or harder depending on your fitness level and where you are in your postpartum journey.

Do I have to bring my child?

Craving a little dedicated Mom time? You can absolutely come solo.

Do I need Fitness Experience?

No experience needed! We will teach you everything you need to know to safely workout each class!
